Leads: alerts, status, and export

Where website inquiries land, how alerts work, and how to keep your leads organized alongside your CRM.

Updated September 13, 2026

Every form submission from your RealQube site lands under Leads in the dashboard and triggers an email alert to you. The goal is simple: no inquiry from your website should ever be lost in an inbox.

What you see for each lead

  • Name, email, phone, and message as submitted.
  • The page the lead came from, so you know which neighborhood or article is producing inquiries.
  • A status you set: new, contacted, appointment, closed, or archived.
  • Notes, so next week you remember what they asked.

Responding

Speed matters more than polish. Aim to call or text within the hour, and mark the lead contacted so you can see at a glance what is still waiting.

Working with your CRM

RealQube is a leads dashboard, not a CRM. Keep using Follow Up Boss, Wise Agent, or your brokerage CRM for drips and transaction management. Export your leads as CSV from the Leads page whenever you want to import them.

Consent

Forms on your site include a plain consent line and a link to a privacy notice, because you will be the one contacting these homeowners. If you text leads, prior express written consent is required under TCPA, so keep the consent language on the form intact.
