Privacy Policy

1. Who this policy covers

Two groups of people interact with RealQube. Agents, who create accounts and use the dashboard, and visitors, who browse an agent's site or send that agent a message. Most of this policy is about agents. Section 7 is written for visitors.

2. What we collect from agents

Information you give us directly:

• Account details. Your name, email address, and a password, or the identity from a sign in provider if you use one. Authentication is handled by Supabase.
• Profile and business details. Anything you enter to set up your account and content: brokerage, license number, phone, headshot, service areas, target keywords, bio, and the drafts and edits you make in the dashboard.
• Payment details. If you subscribe, Stripe collects your card and billing address directly. We receive a Stripe customer ID and your subscription status. We never see or store card numbers.
• Messages you send us. Support email and any feedback you leave when you pause or cancel.

Information collected when you connect Google:

• Google account tokens. When you connect your Google Business Profile, Google gives us an access token and a refresh token under the business.manage scope. We store them in our database, which our database provider encrypts at rest, so we can act on your profile without asking you to sign in every time.
• Google Business Profile data. Your business name, location details, the reviews on your profile with reviewer name, star rating, and text, the posts we publish for you, and performance metrics such as views and clicks.

Information collected when you connect WordPress:

• WordPress connection details. Your site address, your WordPress username, and the application password you create for RealQube. The application password is stored encrypted, is never shown again, and can be revoked by you at any time from your WordPress profile. We use it only to publish and update the articles you approve or schedule.
• Published post records. The ID and web address of each post we publish to your site, so we can update it and show it in your dashboard.

Information we gather on your behalf from public sources:

• Keyword rank data. Where your site and profile appear in Google results for the keywords you track, fetched through SerpApi.
• Competitor listings. Public Google Maps listings for other real estate agents in your market (name, brokerage, rating, review count, website), also fetched through SerpApi. This is public business information, not personal data about you.

Information collected automatically:

• Usage and log data. Pages you open in the dashboard, features you use, IP address, browser type, and timestamps from standard server logs. We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and nothing else.
• Error reports. If error reporting is enabled, a failed request may be sent to Sentry with the error message, the route, and a request ID, without your content.

3. How we use it

We use this information to:

• create your account, publish your articles to your own WordPress site, serve any legacy RealQube hosted pages for older accounts, and run the dashboard;
• generate drafts with AI from the business details, reviews, and market data in your account;
• publish posts and review replies to your Google Business Profile when you ask us to, and import your reviews and metrics so you can see them in one place;
• track keyword rankings and show you who else ranks in your market;
• deliver leads from your site to your inbox and your dashboard;
• process your subscription, refunds, and referral payouts;
• send you transactional email such as sign in links, receipts, new lead alerts, and weekly reports, and occasional product updates, which you can stop by emailing us;
• keep the Service secure, prevent abuse, and fix bugs; and
• meet our legal obligations.

We do not use your data to train AI models, and we do not build advertising profiles from it.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with data brokers or advertisers. We share it only with the providers that run the Service, each under contract terms that limit them to working for us:

• Supabase stores our database and handles sign in.
• Vercel hosts the application and any legacy RealQube hosted pages.
• Stripe processes payments and holds your card details.
• Resend delivers the email we send you.
• Anthropicruns the AI model that drafts your content. The business details and instructions needed for a draft are sent to Anthropic's API. Under Anthropic's commercial terms that data is not used to train its models.
• SerpApi fetches public Google search and Maps results for rank tracking and market intel. It receives your keywords and market city, not your account details.
• Sentry receives error reports when error reporting is turned on.
• Google receives the posts and replies you tell us to publish and sends back your profile data, under the Google terms you accepted when you connected.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect the safety of our users or the public, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply and we will tell you.

5. Google user data and the Limited Use requirements

RealQube's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We request one Google scope, business.manage. It lets RealQube read your Google Business Profile locations and reviews, publish Google Business Profile posts you write or schedule, post the review replies you approve, and read performance metrics for your profile. That is the only reason we ask for it. In particular:

• We use Google data only to provide and improve the Google Business Profile features you see in your dashboard.
• We do not sell Google data, use it for advertising, or transfer it to anyone except the providers named in Section 4 as needed to run those features, or when the law requires it.
• No person at RealQube reads your Google data unless you ask us to for support, it is needed for security or to comply with the law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized.
• Tokens are used only to call Google on your behalf.

To revoke access, open the Google Business Profile page in your dashboard and choose Disconnect, which deletes the stored tokens. You can also remove RealQube from your Google account permissions. Reviews and metrics already imported stay in your dashboard until you delete them or close your account; email us if you want them removed sooner.

6. Your website and published articles

RealQube does not host your website. Articles we publish for you go to your own WordPress site and are public there; legacy RealQube hosted pages for older accounts may remain until they are retired. The content is published by you and is public. Your name, brokerage, license number, contact details, and anything else you choose to show will be visible to anyone who visits and to search engines.

7. If you are a visitor to an agent's site

Agent sites hosted by RealQube do not set cookies and do not use advertising trackers. When you view a page, the site sends us the page path, the referring site, and any campaign tags in the link (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) so the agent can see where their visitors come from. Your IP address is used briefly to limit abuse and is not stored with the visit.

Some agents add the RealQube snippet to a website they run themselves. On those sites, when you view a page, the snippet sends us the same page path, referring site, and campaign tags described above. We do not store anything with the visit that identifies you. If the agent has lead capture turned on and you submit a contact form on that site, the snippet also sends us a copy of the name, email, phone, and message you entered, plus the page you sent it from, so it reaches the agent's dashboard. Your form is still delivered wherever the agent's site sends it. The snippet never sends password, payment, or hidden fields, and it skips login, search, and checkout forms. We store and remove these copies as described in the next paragraph.

If you fill out a contact form, your name, email, phone, message, and the kind of help you are looking for are delivered to that agent. The agent is responsible for how they use your message. RealQube stores it so it shows up in the agent's dashboard and does not use it for any other purpose. To have your message removed, contact the agent or email us and we will remove it from our systems.

8. How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is open. If you cancel, we keep your account data for 60 days so you can export it or come back, then delete or anonymize it. If you ask us to delete your account we do so within 30 days. We keep billing records as long as tax law requires, and we may keep security logs for up to one year. Google tokens are deleted the moment you disconnect.

9. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our hosting and database providers, access to production systems is limited to the people who need it, and database rows are scoped so that each agent can only reach their own data. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and tell us right away if you think your account has been accessed by someone else.

10. Your rights and choices

You can update your profile and business details from the dashboard, disconnect Google at any time, export your leads as CSV, cancel your subscription, and stop product update email by asking us. To access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, email realqubeseo@gmail.com from the address on your account. We will respond within 30 days.

11. California residents

If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it (this policy is that notice), the right to access a copy of it, the right to correct it, the right to have it deleted, and the right not to be discriminated against for using those rights. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of. To exercise any of these rights, email realqubeseo@gmail.com with the subject line "California privacy request." We will verify the request using the email on your account and respond within 45 days. You may authorize someone else to make the request for you; we will ask for proof that you gave them permission.

12. Do Not Track

Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. There is no common standard for how sites should respond, so RealQube does not change its behavior when it receives one. Because we do not track people across other websites, the practical effect is the same either way.

13. Children

RealQube is for real estate professionals and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and we do not allow them to create accounts. If you believe a minor has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

14. Outside the United States

RealQube is operated from California and our providers store data in the United States. If you use the Service from somewhere else, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy law may differ from your home country.

15. Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we will post the new version here with a new effective date. If a change materially affects how we use your information we will email the address on your account before it takes effect.
