1. Who we are

RealQube provides AI-assisted marketing tools for real estate professionals, including AI-generated websites, SEO blog content, Google Business Profile post drafting, keyword rank tracking, and analytics. 2. Information we collect

Information you provide:

• Account information — your name, email address, and password (managed through our authentication provider, Supabase).
• Billing information — your subscription plan and payment details. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Business and content information — your business name, website URL, service areas (cities, neighborhoods, ZIP codes), target keywords, and content you create or generate through the Service.

Information we collect automatically:

• Usage data — pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the Service.
• Device and log data — IP address, browser type, and access times, collected through standard server logs.

Information from connected third-party services:

• Google account and Google Business Profile data — if you choose to connect a Google account or grant RealQube access to your Google Business Profile, we access information needed to provide the Service, such as your business location details, posts, reviews, and performance data. See Section 5.
• Google Analytics (GA4) data — if you connect a Google Analytics property, we access website performance metrics to display analytics in your dashboard.

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
• create and manage your account and process subscription payments;
• generate marketing content (websites, blog posts, Google Business Profile posts) on your behalf;
• draft and, where you authorize it, publish Google Business Profile posts and retrieve performance data;
• display keyword rankings and website analytics;
• communicate with you about your account, security, and product updates;
• detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and technical issues; and
• comply with legal obligations.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

• Service providers that help us operate the Service, including Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI content generation), and SerpApi (keyword rank data).
• Google, when you direct us to publish content to or retrieve data from your Google Business Profile or Google Analytics.
• Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of RealQube, our users, or others.
• Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

5. Google user data and Limited Use

When you connect a Google account, RealQube's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• We only request the narrowest scopes needed to provide the features you use.
• We use Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing features you have requested.
• We do not transfer or sell Google user data to third parties for advertising, and we do not use it for ads.
• We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless we have your consent, it is necessary for security or to comply with law, or the data is aggregated and anonymized.
• You can disconnect Google access at any time from your dashboard or your Google Account permissions, and request deletion of stored Google data by emailing us.

6. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email realqubeseo@gmail.com. You can also update your account information from your dashboard, disconnect connected Google services at any time, and cancel your subscription to stop further billing. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell personal information.

9. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International users

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be processed in the United States.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised policy.
