kvCORE, now sold as BoldTrail, is a brokerage grade platform combining an IDX website, CRM, Smart Campaigns, and AI lead scoring. Pricing is not published; the vendor sells Base, Plus, and Pro tiers through a sales call, and most agents get it through their brokerage.

Best for: Teams and brokerages that need a CRM and IDX under one roof and are comfortable with a sales process. Reviewers note the math tends to work at fifteen or more closings a year.
